A novel data registry used to improve access to early steps in kidney transplant
Through the collection of data within our E-STAR, we have created the E-STAR Transplant Center Dashboard, which is an interactive tool that provides transparency about how the kidney transplantation network monitors equity in access to transplants. It provides health equity information for each transplant center on three measures, specifically: referral rate, evaluation start rate, and waitlisting rate, across different races, ethnicity, sex, age, and insurance status.
